I posted this in the RE & Landlording forum too, but wanted to make sure I got feedback from this group as well. I know the aesthetics have a long way to go. I've been more focused on content than presentation so far. Thanks for any constructive criticism in advance!

Took a quick look. The writing quality looks good although I can’t comment on the actual content itself. You probably already know this based on your post but you need to have some visual appeal. A few pictures, some colored pie charts or graphs maybe? As someone with a passing interest in real estate investing at some point some pics of your builindgs, before/after remodels would put you in a better position to get some follow up views from at least my eyeballs.
