My husband is a design engineer who's about to quit his current job and go into freelance. He's with a recruiting company that doesn't charge him anything (fees come from employers) but he's thinking about paying into a recruitment agency that specialize in design work. Does anyone have experience or advice with this kind of service? I don't want us to wasted money if he pays into it and doesn't get any jobs out of it.
