Hi group....just for fun I wanted to update anybody who remembers me hashing out a business plan here about 6 months ago. I opened the doors two weeks ago. The concept has evolved since I first started conceptualizing. I don't have a completely separate work space for adults and don't market myself as a true co-working space. Looks awesome!  good luck with this, I know these places are popular, and I hope yours does just as well.

Prices look very reasonable, I would jump on board, but the 20+ hour drive there does make that challenging for me.

Congratulations! I hadn’t seen your initial posts about it but just read back a little bit. Seems like a really cool idea. It must be invigorating to have that kind of passion for an endeavour.

This is awesome. I need this in my life, immediately.

We have a great children's museum in Portland, but what parents really need is a place to drop the kids so they can get shit done. If would give an arm and a leg if I could sit down to send a few emails without a toddler pulling on said arm or leg.

Late to the party, but I love the idea! I'm curious - what do you do about insurance (and is it affordable)? Are you mainly classified as a daycare for business license and insurance purposes?

Sounds like things didn’t work out unfortunately and it had to close down. If the OP doesn’t mind sharing it would definitely be useful to hear more details about why it didn’t pan out so we can learn from the experience.
