Side jobs utilizing your stuff to increase earnings

Hi guys,
What kind of money brining activities have you developed based on what you own and skills you have? I am thinking of activities that are built around assets and skills that most people have. What have come to my mind so far is uber driving, Airbnb and being a tourist guide (using one of those apps for travelers finding local guides). Any other ideas?

I had an idea to automate link building and social posting when the website IFTTT first came out. It was just a simple idea. I put together an info product in a few days and sold it on a forum. It made a nice chunk of cash. It had a limited run, but if you get the right idea you could have an evergreen product.

I am thinking about getting a couple of kayaks and renting them out. I live about 10 min from a dam and I do not think there is anyone doing rentals.

My spot welder and electronics background has brought me plenty of income based on analyzing and rebuilding battery packs and doing small electronics teardowns/research/etc.  Though, uh, the hourly rate for my blog work is... mutter mumble handwave divert.  It's a long term investment, though. :)

"Stuff most people can do with stuff most people have" is not a good way to efficiently earn money, because most people can do it.

Focus on the esoteric stuff.  I'm pretty much "the" aftermarket ebike battery pack rebuilder for North America at the moment.

This.  My GF's business is a niche of a niche, where she has very little competition, and that's where the money is.  It's easy to be an X, but if you're a Y within X that's especially good at Z, you win.

At the moment I am €313 ebit per hour at my side business, working only 12.9 hours per month.

My normal job is full time and lower pay but safe (government).

I combined 13years of retail experience and absolutely niche online business. I automated everything. Start was in 2013 with €600 starting capital. Best. Investment.Ever.

Especially if you're easily found on the internet as the Z expert. :)
