Title: Canada - small business loans?

I'm doing some very early research into buying in to a partnership. Does anyone have experience with Canadian banks' requirements for that kind of loan?

I'm probably 3-5 years out, but I'd like to know what documentation I'd need to gather, if I'd need assets to put again the loan... If loan officers are nice people...all those things

Sigh... despite snacky's valiant efforts I'll have to make an appointment with my banker. Next month or so. Then I will update this for future Canadians.
