What to do about these pipes in my bathroom?

Hi guys,

I’ve got these pipes exposed in my bathroom downstairs, can I get some suggestions to tastefully cover them?

Seconded.

Picture of the pipes, the surrounding area and the bathroom in general (for the style).

Without pictures I would say build a chase and trim in to match the existing window/door/baseboard trim.
