I can't seem to find blinds valances for sale on their own, either in stores or on the internet. I'm talking about the piece of plastic that snaps onto clips in front of the top unit of window blinds https://images.homedepot-static.com/productImages/245f27ff-b53f-403e-a721-a8408094910b/svn/white-home-decorators-collection-faux-wood-blinds-10793478079209-64_1000.jpg (https://images.homedepot-static.com/productImages/245f27ff-b53f-403e-a721-a8408094910b/svn/white-home-decorators-collection-faux-wood-blinds-10793478079209-64_1000.jpg).
Anybody know where to find them?

Amazon has all kinds of them. I just recently had to replace some of mine. They had become brittle and broke when I took off the trim piece to take down the blinds (in the middle of painting a lot of the rooms in my house).
These are the ones I bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F4AAQ1O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F4AAQ1O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). You just have to make sure you are buying the exact same size that you need.

Hm, thanks, there are a couple on Amazon. The link is to valance clips -- was that an accident? Not seeing any for less than $10 or $15 (including shipping), which is bizarre. This thing should cost $2.

My bad. I read "plastic clips" and apparently glazed over the rest. I thought you were talking about the clips, not the actual trim that attaches to the clips. Mine are actual pieces of wood trim, not plastic. Are you trying to match some existing ones? Replacing existing ones?
You could always just purchase trim at a home store and cut it to size and paint it. I do not recall ever seeing those pieces made out of plastic, but apparently they do.
