It was easy, but I think two people are necessary for the install. You need one person to hold it in place while you screw it in to support it.

Magic Chef overhead microwave on sale for $118 at Home Depot.

Or a clamp from the garage that was preadjusted to suck it up to the bottom of the cabinets with one hand until you get the screws in which is what I do.
