These are fun little diy instructables for frugal devices to get you started on learning about true Radiant Energy described by Dr. Nichola Tesla in 1889.

Since Official science doesn't yet understand these experiments or the brilliance found hidden within Tesla's patents.

These very small diy devices's output current is enough to lightup some LEDs day or night with a very small capacitor over a set amount of charging time. Increase the surface area of the insulated metal plate, use earth ground or what you can, and use a high voltage intergrity and scale the capacitance of the capacitor based on various size charging developments from metal plate; for better results.

For more power you need true ground that taps into the Earth, thus better resulting efficiency for charging the capacitor power. (30 ft ground rods in perfect ground locations are the best, but for frugal DIY use what you can.)

The first instructable seems to be incomplete.  It guides through the building of an antenna only.  Did you forget to add the part that generates the free electricity?  I think that's what people would be most interested in.
