DIY sill pan without a break

Looking to make some sill pans but I do not have a break. Any suggestions on bending flashing?

How big are we talking and how visible?

I've used seaming pliers and/or a S4S board and a rubber mallet to shape metal for HVAC work. It came out pretty good, it could have been a little better if I had taken more time. If the edge worked with the pliers and the mallet was concealed the unworked surface still look perfect.

You can make a wood brake out of some plywood and door hinges.  Take a look at some YouTube videos on it, there’s quite a few.

In a pinch, I have made a break out of some scrap boards and a few clamps.
