Asbestos testing on the cheap

Hi all. We have a mid-1970s house, and a property inspector recommended that we get our popcorn ceiling tested for asbestos. I have two samples in zip lock bags and am looking for the least expensive place to send these off for testing. Are there any government-sponsored offices that offer this service? I don't need someone to visit our home. I just want to mail these samples off. If anyone has been through this, I would love to hear your experience.
