A Rotary Pizza Oven?

Hi People,

I think this forum may be filled with some of the smartest people that i'm likely to have access to so i'm hoping you can point me in the right direction!

I'm starting an events-based pizza company & will require a portable pizza oven. However, my vision would be to have a pizza oven with a rotating floor as this will really help eliminating waste by cooking the pizza's evenly (ensuring they don't overcook on one side & reducing the man-management needed in manually spinning the pizzas - instead i can focus on serving more customers)...

Here's a video I've seen on Youtube. This oven is pretty bulky / heavy so i'd want something a little smaller but this is the idea.

Now, bare in mind i don't have any engineering background whatsoever. How can i turn this vision into a reality? What are the next steps that i should take?
