Where else can I make cuts / additions? General recommendations on other things to try.
Considering a new job, with a substantial pay cut ($70k). Hours will be better, atmosphere will be better (hopefully) but they only pay my insurance. So I will need to supplement my family's with ACA or Health-Sharing? Need some help navigating this and what is realistic to pay. No major health issues currently. No major health issues in family history.

Look forward to hearing back from you guys!

With that income and the $50K/yr expenses, it seems you could reach all the IRS limits (maybe only partway on a mega-backdoor Roth) in the Investment Order.  How does it look to you?

Yeah that's absolutely an option and I used to do that up until about 6 months ago. We had some things come up that required some extra cashflow and that was one area I could make a move to free up the amount needed. I've just been hoarding the extra for the last few months in our brokerage account. I should probably kick it back in the 401k!
