Q on Case Study worksheet
« on: May 13, 2020, 09:57:22 AM »
I'm using the case study sheet for the first time, where do I enter the income from a 1099-R for an in-plan roth conversion? These funds would be taxed as ordinary income, is there a cell for that or do I just add this in the gross salary/wages cell on row 3?

Cell D31, "tIRA distribution", would work.  Yes, it's not an IRA but it's money coming out of a traditional account and will be taxed as such.
