Each time we open an account, Vanguards customer service is crazy.
It has taken over two months to finally open a Roth for young adult child (over a dozen calls and several hours spent and still not finished.
Has anyone had any success with complaints to Vanguard?
Spent hours and hours and along with way, the ball was dropped and customer service reps pulled answers out of their butt.
Been told as much as three different policies in the same day by different customer service reps.
Each time each thing takes 5-10 business days.
Are they safe for the future?
Any ideas for me to get someone that knows what they are doing?
