My wife is doing phone/skype interviews which she has recorded and needs to have transcribed as part of the research for a book she's writing. Her work will pay for the service, but it's out of a set budget she has available for this kind of thing, so she'd like to economize. Does anyone have any recommendations for services they've used or heard of? Since some of these services have different prices for different levels of accuracy, please include any comments you might be able to share about the service level you purchased and your opinion of the usefulness of the transcript.
