Hi guys,
I was wondering if you would be please so kind and help me out.
I started reading this forum and decided to start keeping track of the money I spend. So in the beginning of December I signed up for Toshl to track my expenses, it had one month free trial but it cost 40$ per year...
Somehow all my data for December disappeared from Toshl (probably because free trial was over), which is a bummer because I did write every expense in...
So I was wondering if there is another app that you guys recommend to track expenses? Preferably free.
I want to be better at managing money
Thank you!

Take a look at this one:

I'm a fan of YNAB, but I got the perpetual license before it went SaaS. I know there are similar apps out there... everydollar, mvelopes. And mint would work, it's free.

I use Spendee for manual entry - it's simple enough to be fast but detailed enough to create nice graphs and such.

Goodbudget is great, and the free version is enough for many, especially if you are single.

I like the look of that honeymoney one, anyone ever use it? @Linda_Norway

No, I don't, I track in an excel sheet from my bank transactions.
If you search the forum, there is a thread about this app somewhere, by the programmer of the app/website. There are also people who used it.

Thank you so much guys!
Are there any free apps for business expenses?

I use mint.com and it has a free phone app as well.

+1 for Mint. It’s free, owned by a legit company (Intuit), and has worked almost seamlessly for me for years. The app for iPhone is great. I’ve heard great things about Personal Capital too.
