Was this recently? If it was awhile ago, they recently changed their model and do no rely on your FICO score anymore. Through the grapevine, I believe they put more emphasis on your job title/income than other factors. No idea if this is actually true. For assets, for example, was there even a place to list that? I don't remember being asked my bank balance and I don't think that's on your credit report. If you have other circumstances you want them to consider, try reaching out.
