Site or service for managing regular charitable contributions?

I am looking for a site or service that allows me to schedule recurring payments to various charities.  Most organizations have their own systems for recurring payments, but I'd love a single place where I can centrally manage them all.

Has anyone seen something like this?

We have this ability in our Donor Advised Fund, but I don't know of anything besides that.

Before the DAF, I used our bank's bill pay feature to send paper checks, and It's Deductible to keep track of the tax aspect.

I just send payments using bill pay, just like I do with most of my actual billers. The only recurring charges to my bank account that aren't controlled on my banks website are my monthly IRA contributions (set up on Vanguard's site). Some bills are recurring credit card charges.
