Send a text conversation thread to email so it is legible

I have samsung 6 and need to send some text threads to my gmail. 

I have already tried all options and have looked online.

Is there anyone out there that has done this and can give me instructions?

The key is to (mostly) use broader search terms. Example: Don't search for your phone model (I suspect, Samsung Galaxy S6), search for the phone OS (Android); Don't search for your specific mail provider (gmail), search instead for the generic internet protocol service (email). The only place it behooves you to be more specific is in the term "text", as it's a very common word - use the technical term from the mobile phone industry instead, which is "SMS" (short message service).

If this solution doesn't get what you're after, the approach with better search terms will probably help you find what you do need.

We use MightyText.  It syncs texts to gmail and is pretty easy to use.
