So I have probably 40k of school loans left. The interests rate all vary and if I pay it off in the time frame (2024) I'd pay 10-13k of interest.

Would you guys pay it off immediately if you have the money or what would you do?

Rather not spend 40k in one transaction like that.

13 loans total. The interest range from 4.5-6.8. The majority are the later however.

If it's money you have that's sitting in a savings account collecting little interest, yes, I would pay them off.

Just what I thought guys. Hate to see 39k leave like that. Was maybe hoping for some type of loan forgiveness or a way for a discount or something. But it may seem like the best route to go is just pay off the entire thing.
