I had an interesting proposal a little while ago at the gym.
A friend wants me to rent out 1/2 of my 2-car garage for his Harley stuff. I have a minimalist garage with only a toolbox and my small car, so there is plenty of space.
I am wondering if anyone has done this and what to charge. My concern is that in small chance of the event of a theft, my insurance probably wouldn't cover it.
