Quicken for Mac 2017 anyone tried it?
« on: December 16, 2016, 03:47:03 PM »
I used to use Quicken (which I liked) before I switched to a Mac about a year and a half ago.  I had read bad reviews on Quicken for Mac- apparently it is just a much worse product than Quicken for Windows.    So instead I've been using Money Dance- which I find annoying/difficult to work with.  I've also tried Personal Capitol but I really don't like the idea of turning my financial account info over to a 3rd party.  Even though I like their interface, the security/profiling concerns are omnipresent in the back of my mind, so I'd prefer to go another direction and delete my account/change passwords.   I would like to make a decision soon, so I can start tracking my data prior to new year's.

There's an updated Quicken for Mac 2017 version that came out in Oct apparently.  Has anyone tried this yet? If so, how do you like it compared to the previous versions or the Windows versions and compared to Money Dance?
