Hi guys! Still trying to engineer a career shift.
I'm starting a place soon with less pay and farther commute but likely to not make me want to dig my eyes out with a spoon. My concern is this is a non profit and they don't want to withhold taxes. Is this normal? I know I will be responsible for self employment medicare/ss and thus less net pay. Should I really push this? Its in a state with no state income tax atleast. I don't know much if anything regarding non profit business
