I've lived in the Northeast all my life and am considering a move to one of the artsy neighborhoods of Denver. I'm looking for a change. I want a lower COL [esp from where I live now] but I don't want to live in the boonies to get that. I'm definitely open to suggestions. The demo in Denver is decidedly young as is the demo of this forum, but I'd like to hear different viewpoints on what it might be like living in Denver as a decidedly post Millennial woman. Came across MMM while researching ways to gain financial independence. I've got a decent amount in investments that kick off income and plan to sell my condo, but I'm currently unemployed other than a small amount of money I get doing social media/content for a friend's internet company.
