low use good or bad for HVAC?
« on: January 13, 2016, 03:54:45 PM »
I was wondering if using your heating and air by mustachian standards helps to extend their life or hurts it? I do not use my systems a lot and I wonder if them going on used for a long period of time causes them to break down quicker. Thinking about going next year without heat turn on at all. (Going to use electric space heater in the two rooms we are in instead) Would going that long (two years) without turning the heat on be harmful/helpful/or have no impact on the average unit? Same with AC! Thanks!

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
