Title: looking tor the "buy it for life" thread

Hi,

A few years ago I stumbled upon an excellent thread with various items which were supposed to last for a lifetime (or replaced by the vendor). Now I can't find it  - I though I had it bookmarked but no luck. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
