I father owns a charter fishing business. I help him out by maintaining his website and social media.
A problem we have had since the beginning of time is scheduling mix group charters. So the boat can take a maximum of 6 people fishing. But it's the same price whether it is 1 or 6 people. So sometimes a guy will come in and offer to pay half of the price if we can get someone to pick up the other half. And then it's a logistical nightmare. We need to find out which days are available for a charter, and then match 2-6 peoples schedules, to make a group.
Does anyone know of a web based questionnaire scheduling thing that would do this? Say I text the people a link to the web address, or they get it off the website and they put in how much they are willing to pay (How many people will have to match) and what days they are available, and when there is a match that is available it tells me and I can contact everyone.
I would prefer something free, as opposed to a pay service.
