Has anyone used LegalShield or some other similar workplace provided third party legal service to come up with wills?
We did this originally years ago when our wills were simpler - the surviving spouse gets everything, if we both die then these people get our stuff. Now it's a bit more complicated because we have a child, so step one remains the same (surviving spouse gets everything) but step two is more complicated - establish a trust, choose guardians, designate a trustee, and probably other details I'm not thinking of. Last time we just filled out a form and sent it off, but it seems weird to do that this time around so I was curious what other peoples' experiences were.
