Title: Job seeking: Where to apply

Husband and job hunting and found a position he is interested in at a local company. Two options for where to apply: the company's website application, which does not have the option of uploading a resume or cover letter. Strictly lists 3 prior employers and job titles. Other option is through Indeed, which only has a narrative section for the cover letter and a place to upload resume. Thoughts?

You can do both, but I've never gotten a job through either of those. I prefer LinkedIn.

Both. Chances are, even if they reply, they will still ask to complete the application on the company's website.
