Hey,
My goal at work was to reduce the amount of repetitive work I do. Being a teacher, that ends up being a lot a time and energy. I ended up creating a few spreadsheet that automates my day plans, report card comments and anecdotal records.
Is there any chance that I would be able to sell these as a product to a company?

You could try selling them on Teachers pay Teachers. Patrick's site is just filled with great information. Plus, he made quite a bit of money creating and selling a bingo card generator. There may be lots of parallel strategies because his primary market was also teachers.
