DH was laid off last fall from a small nonprofit. We are still awaiting his W-2, as is every other employee (including those still employed there). I spoke with our accountant, and it turns out she has a personal axe to grind with said nonprofit (yikes), so she is trying to get DH's for us. But it's been over a week and we have no update. Accountant said the organization can face big fines for the delay. What are our options?
