So it's open enrollment and this is a new benefit that I've never heard of. Granted I'm still confirming with HR that I am eligible bc I'm pregnant. The clause reads, "Ur employer determines coverage. If offered by ur employer, our coverage includes hospitalization due to pregnancy or complications of pregnancy."
Figured I'd get a head start when HR responds. The benefits are $1,550 for the first day of hospital confinement, and $150 daily hospital confinement there after. My UHC plan has a max out-of-pocket of $1,800 next yr and I'm due 1/31/17. Any thoughts? Ty in advance.
