Does anyone know if it passed (to apply to 2014), or if it's still in committee?

Govtrack is pretty accurate, in my experience. Looks like it's still with the committee.

According to this, it passed the Senate yesterday: http://www.housingwire.com/articles/32371-senate-approves-short-sale-tax-break

Just needs Obama's signature now.
