There has to be somewhere that this has already been discussed? I have a cell phone bill of $103.93 that I'd like to lower. I didn't set up the plan, so don't really know how to go about getting it lowered? How do I know if I have a contract? What do I ask for when I call? Aren't they just going to try to convince me to stay where I am or upgrade?! Sorry to sound so dumb about this... any help is much appreciated!
