I've got a ways to go until retirement. I am currently an executive director. My company offers tuition reimbursement which I would like to take advantage of. Already have an MBA. I would like to take classes that will allow me to start a part time business in semi-retirement in a few years.
My thoughts as of now are taking classes in HR and maybe become an HR consultant or start taking OSHA classes to become a safety consultant.
Thoughts? Or anyone have experience in either. Again, it would be something I would like to do part-time and work when I would like to and where I would like to.
