Health Insurance at age 55 with FIRE

Maybe this comes up a lot, but I haven't seen it. I'm 45, wife is 41, kids are 3 and 5. We get health insurance through work. If we retire in our mid 50s where would you recommend that we get insurance?
Thanks.

And for an easy-to-understand discussion on potential premium subsidies under the ACA, I recommend "How To Retire Early on Less" by Robert Charlton (find it at your library).
