Title: Good EVOO??

Any hot tips for good, fairly affordable EVOO?  I used to buy the Costco stuff, which I know Consumer Reports once rated as one of the cheapest "pure" olive oils.  To me, about two years ago, quality cratered, very bitter.  Looking to use mostly raw--for salad dressings, pesto, finishing dishes, but perhaps also for roasting veggies.

I like Costco's, but only the "tuscano" available for just one it two months in early winter from the previous year's harvest.


I've otherwise heard decent things about California Olive Ranch, which Costco also sometimes sells.
