So just to rant a little bit. My issue is that a single customer is buying and purchasing high value collectible vinyl records and CDs from our Amazon store and returning them. Almost 40 items so far totaling $4000. Not only is he buying and returning everything he orders (which is bad enough), but I have evidence this customer is returning the WRONG items. So far example, he's buying a high end limited edition vinyl box set and returning a single $20 vinyl from the same band in it's place. Amazon fulfills our orders so they are the ones who process all the returns and they're allowing this to happen. And since the buyer is returning items with similar titles and formats, they are not catching this fraudulent return behavior. No other company or business would allow this kind of buyer returns. And I can't get anyone at Amazon to take a look at this so ongoing return fraud continues!
