Bloggers Support Group
« on: December 19, 2014, 03:24:20 AM »
I am looking for a support group of bloggers. I began my own blog this year and feel quite discouraged much of the time. It is hard for me to write when I am uncertain whether anyone hears what I have to say. I don't really have any real-world friends to support me through this, and was wondering if there's some sort of group of bloggers looking out for each other. If y'all can help, I'd appreciate the replies. Thanks for y'all's time!

Why do you care whether anyone hears what you have to say? Are you trying to make money from your blog?

Do you have a comments section?  Then people can give you feedback.  Also, you should be able to see how many people visited your page and their IP addresses.

Dude.

What's wrong with wanting to be heard/start a conversation? What's so bad about wondering if people think your ideas are interesting or otherwise worth reading? It gets boring to write down information for... nobody. Many people thrive off of a sense of community.

That being said, if you actually clicked through to OP's blog, you'd see it's minimalistic with no advertisements. :) So, there's that.

I don't know of anywhere, but I would also be interested in a community where I could compare notes. I'm sure there are some through problogging communities, but it hasn't been my priority to seek any out. Maybe start there?

Good luck!

Would love to read way more about you on the Behind The Curtain... Where are you located? Age? Married? Goals? Hopes? Dreams?  Can still be anonymous - will help to get new visitors interested since the About page is usually the most clicked on page of any website. :)

Nice work and keep it up.
