Title: Best National Employer Health Insurance (USA)?

Hey all, my company is going to start offering health insurance. Do any of you have experience with good companies/plans that you'd recommend? It's a relatively small company but with employees all over the country.

Whatever insurance company it might be, just choose a high deductible plan with low premiums if you're healthy overall, which will allow you to contribute 3450/year towards an HSA account.
