I got a British Airways Chase Visa last year and earned the bonus Avios that came with it. The annual fee was waived for the first year. Should I cancel it before the fee is due for next year? Has anyone been successful in getting the annual fee waived after the first year? Or switching to another Chase card with no annual fee?
I primarily use a Fidelity Amex with 2% cash back for my normal spending, with a Capital One Visa as backup (foreign travel and where Amex is not accepted), so I haven't been using the BA Visa after spending enough to qualify for the signup bonus.
