Title: Anyone benefit from Matthew Lesko's "government money" books?

Saw a youtube video on him and wondered if anyone had taken advantage of the the information he published.  If so, was it worth the effort?

I think I might have flipped through one of his books years ago at a library, but nothing jumped out at me.
