Any Employment Lawyers Around? Early Retirement question

I'm curious if we have any employment law attorneys floating around this board...

I have a restricted stock agreement that contemplates retirement as one of the means of separation of service, but doesn't set any age requirements to it.   I'm curious if I have grounds to stand on for getting that money if I separate as a retirement...

There is an outline for what constitutes retirement eligibility in other documents, but it mainly relates to retirement benefits and pension
