Amazon Payments and Tax Returns
« on: February 11, 2014, 09:24:25 PM »
I almost submitted my 2013 tax return through TurboTax, but, when I was at the step to pick my delivery method, Amazon offered me a 10% bonus if I would have the return placed on an Amazon gift card. Has anyone ever used Amazon Payments, and, if so, is it possible to get the return on a gift card, and then use the gift card to pay my wife through Amazon Payments. After she receives the payment, she can then deposit it into our bank account and we get a 10% bonus thanks to Amazon.

I have seen some people mention Amazon Payments with regards to credit card bonuses, but I have never actually used the service. Would this work as well?

I have used Amazon payments and amazon gift cards are not a valid funding source.
