Advice on 457 plan investment options
« on: October 08, 2014, 06:29:01 AM »
I am signing up for a 457 plan through my employer.  I was hoping for a little advice regarding which of these investments looks like the best option - I took a wild stab at allocation but I am a total investment noob.  Are the targeted funds worthwhile?  That's actually where my other retirement plans are allocated, although I reach 60 in the 2040's and plan to retire by 2024.  Thanks in advance.

What do you have available? Do you have a list of acceptable providers?
I am a former teacher who accumulated a bunch of real estate, retired at 29, spent some time traveling the world full time and am now settled with three kids.
If you want to know more about me, this Business Insider profile tells the story pretty well.
