I work for the USPS and this year is my first foray with an HSA account. How do I have the amount I want deducted taken directly from my pay? On Postalease it asks for an account number and routing number, Payflex tells me to link a bank account and also asks for an account number and routing number. Obviously I want the money taken directly from my paycheck so it reduces my tax liability. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.
