Title: 401k with no connectivity
Post by: katsiki on June 20, 2016, 03:38:33 PM
What do you all do to keep an eye on your 401k if they do not allow connections from Mint or Personal Capital?  I have contacted them and they have no plans to upgrade or support this.

Do you just manually update the values every quarter?

Thanks for any pointers!

I don't use Mint or the like, but I manually update (into an excel sheet) the balances of all my accounts every payday.  Takes 5 minutes.

I'm not sure if Mint does it, but Fidelity Full View lets you enter shares manually, and will update pricing automatically.

Thanks for the replies.  I will try manual.  PC does allow it.  I was concerned I would lost some of the history and tracking, but perhaps not.  I'm still getting up to speed on using PC.
