So if I don't give them any money I won't see ads? Alrighty then.

FYI, I got the same e-mail a few days ago, and I figured it was spam, so I deleted it. This morning, I got an apology e-mail from them, saying it was sent in error. So, look out for that in a few days. :)

Ha! If I was an ordinary Facebook user I'd think the same thing.
This type of message should have been targeted at Facebook advertisers -- the ones you may (or may not) have noticed placing the sponsored posts in your newsfeed that you didn't ask for.
