There's a good chance this girl is completely acting. She knows she's more attractive than average, knows how to produce a show, and somehow captivate an audience through sustained pace and over-the-top facial expressions in order to satisfy the goldfish-like attention spans of the average youtube user.
Not sure about the specifics of Google's shared monetization programme, but with over 500k subscribers, she's probably raking in dollars, unlike her viewers...
